About Extract PDF Pages

Extraction copies the chosen page objects, with the fonts and images they use, into a new PDF with pdf-lib. Form fields on extracted pages are copied as they appear, but bookmarks are not.

Is it private?

Yes. Extract PDF Pages runs entirely in your web browser using your device's own processor. Your files are never uploaded to Nolo or anyone else, and the page cannot send them anywhere: its security policy only allows it to talk to nolotools.com, which has no place to receive files. Results are kept encrypted on your device for 60 minutes in Your files, then deleted automatically, or straight away with Delete all. How Nolo works.

Questions and answers

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The pages are copied inside your browser. The file never leaves your device.

In what order are the pages saved?

In their original page order. To change the order, use Organize PDF on the result.

Can I get each page as its own file?

Yes. Turn on "Save each page as its own PDF" and download them all at once as a ZIP.

Does extracting reduce the quality?

No. Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text stays sharp and searchable.

What is the difference with Split PDF?

Extract makes one PDF from the pages you pick. Split cuts the whole document into several PDFs by ranges or every N pages.
