About Invoice Generator
The PDF uses the standard Helvetica font. Letters it cannot show (for example some accented letters from Yoruba or Vietnamese) are written without their accents, and currency symbols such as ₦ and ₹ are drawn as small images so they always appear.
Is it private?
Yes. Invoice Generator runs entirely in your web browser using your device's own processor. Your files are never uploaded to Nolo or anyone else, and the page cannot send them anywhere: its security policy only allows it to talk to nolotools.com, which has no place to receive files. Results are kept encrypted on your device for 60 minutes in Your files, then deleted automatically, or straight away with Delete all. How Nolo works.
Questions and answers
Is my invoice data uploaded or saved?
No. Everything stays in this page. If you turn on "Remember my business details", only your business details and logo are saved in this browser on this device, and Clear removes them.
How is tax calculated?
Each line can have its own tax %. The discount is taken off first, then tax is calculated on the discounted amounts, which is how most VAT and sales-tax invoices work.
Which currencies are supported?
Naira (₦), US dollar ($), euro (€), pound (£), rupee (₹), cedi, shilling, rand, yen, Canadian and Australian dollars and more.
Is there a watermark?
No watermark, no account and no limit on invoices.
Can I edit the PDF later?
The page does not keep your invoices. Keep this tab open to make changes, or save the PDF and create a new one when needed.
