About Rotate Image
Rotating by 90° steps moves pixels without blurring them. The image is then saved once in its own format (or the one you pick); for JPG, choose high quality to avoid visible extra loss.
Is it private?
Yes. Rotate Image runs entirely in your web browser using your device's own processor. Your files are never uploaded to Nolo or anyone else, and the page cannot send them anywhere: its security policy only allows it to talk to nolotools.com, which has no place to receive files. Questions and answers
Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device. Your images are never uploaded to Nolo or anyone else, and the tool keeps working with the internet switched off.
How do I mirror a selfie?
Turn on "Flip horizontally". It swaps left and right, undoing the mirror effect of front cameras.
Why does my photo look rotated only in some apps?
Phones often store the photo sideways plus an EXIF "orientation" tag. Nolo applies the tag and saves the pixels the right way up, so the result looks the same everywhere.
Can I rotate by any angle, like 5°?
Not yet. This tool rotates by 90° steps and flips, which never loses pixels.
